Standard Duty Commerical applications
Office (F82A) function - Deadlocking latchbolt operated by lever from either side except when outside lever is locked by push button on inside lever. When outside lever is locked, operating key in outside lever or operating inside lever unlocks push button or other locking device and retracts latchbolt. Closing door does not release push button.
For doors 1-3/8 in. to 1-3/4 in. thick
Standard door prep: 2-1/8 in. cross bore and 1 in. edge bore for latch hole
Supplied with 2-3/4 in. backset as standard. 2-3/8 in. backset available at no additional charge. Specify 234 or 238 when ordering.
2-3/4 in. backset has 2-1/4 in. x 1-1/8 in. faceplate. 2-3/8 in. backset has 2-1/4 in. x 1 in. faceplate.
