For use with medium weight doors or doors requiring medium frequency service
Full Mortise Hinges have one leaf mortised in the door edge and the other leaf mortised in the jamb. This is the most common hinge application.
Five Knuckle with button tip and plug
Template Hole Pattern
Supplied with Removable Pin (SRP) as standard.
Most hinges and/or finishes available with Non-Removable Pin (NRP) for an additional charge. Specify SRP or NRP when applicable.
Non-Removable pin prevents the hinge pin from being removed when the door is closed. A threaded set screw located in the barrel is tightened down into a groove in the hinge pin.
Material: Steel w/ Steel pin
Fasteners: 1/2 x 12-24 machine screws, 1-1/4 x 12 wood screws
Specify finish when ordering.
Standard packaging includes three (3) hinges with screws.
Complies with ANSI/BHMA standards for ANSI A156.1
Complies with NFPA80 requirements for use on fire rated door assemblies
